Minister Bevanda with EU Ambassadors on European Road of BIH



Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Minister of Finance and Treasury Vjekoslav Bevanda received today Head of the Delegation of the European Uni0n in BIH and Special Representative of EU for BIH Lars Gunnar Wigmark, his Deputy Renzo Daviddi and Ambassadors of Italy and FR Germany Rugger Corias and Christian Hellbach.

The meeting discussed activities in connection with the Reform Agenda, adaptation of the Stabilisation and Accession Agreement and effective coordination mechanism.

Minister Bevanda stressed that the coordination mechanism has been already adopted by all-level authorities, and that it should be adjusted to the Stabilisation and Accession Agreement stipulations, which is the subject of intensive activities.

The meeting also emphasised that the economic reforms should be prioritised, so that the economic growth would be accelerated to open the doors for investments to BIH.

Minister Bevanda assessed as positive thing that this year's Budget was adopted on time, to enable normal functioning of BIH institutions, and that some increases in Budget took place for the institutions competent in the European integrations area.

Wigmark stressed that the EU Delegation in BIH will continue to offer its support to Bosnia and Herzegovina on tis European road.
