Minister Košarac at „Balkan Solar Summit“ Conference



Minister of Foreign Tarde and Economic Relations of BIH Staša Košarac took part at a conference „Balkan Solar Summit“ in Banjaluka.

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BIH is a general sponsor of the conference, dedicated to promotion of green energy and environmental protection.

Minister Košarac said the “Balkan Solar Summit” is this year a central event for promotion and affirmation of energy policies of Republika Srpska, BIH and the region, with a focus at renewable source of energy.

“The Balkan Solar Summit” is a platform for shaping-up future of energy. The importance of this event is proven by a fact that it gathers more than 50 eminent speakers, and more than 500 participants form around the world, to exchange views on topics relevant for prospective of energy sector and directions of future action. The Balkan Solar Summit us focused on topics changing markets of renewable energy.”, Minister Košarac said.

He emphasised that the energy sector was recognised as a development chance for both Republika Srpska and the Federation of BIH, as testified through efforts of Entity institutions to follow new trends an improve possibilities in the area through their legislative and strategic plans. (end)
