He underlined, once more, that discontentment of citizens is justified and emphasized that the time has come for citizens to speak out and for politics to be quiet and listen the voice of the people in order to start dealing with problems bespoken by citizens during the demonstrations.
He pointed out that the main priority is to ensure peace and security for citizens, functioning of institutions as well as that the dialogue for determining priority areas of work is necessary in order to fulfil justified requests of dissatisfied citizens.
Meshkov stressed that peace and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina is of great significance for stability of the region as well as for foreign investors. He announced that, apart from existing investment of Russian companies in our country, an interest for new investment in B&H has been stated.
Interlocutors agreed that bilateral relations between the two countries intensified, following the visit of Dr. Lagumdzija to Russia, and are moving forward in a good direction.
During the meeting it has been discussed about the construction of the South Stream gas pipeline and it was agreed that such huge infrastructure projects should be done in the interest of entire B&H and its entities and be used for uniting and not for creating new divisions within B&H.
