The Council of Ministers is a body of executive authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, exercising its rights and carrying out its duties as governmental functions, according to the Constitution of BiH, laws and other regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The seat of the Council of Ministers is in Sarajevo.
The term of office of the Council of Ministers coincides with that of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Council of Ministers of BiH comprises the Chairman and the following Ministers:
- Minister of Foreign Affairs,
- Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations,
- Minister of Finance and Treasury,
- Minister of Communications and Transport,
- Minister of Civil Affairs,
- Minister of Human Rights and Refugees,
- Minister of Justice,
- Minister of Security
- Minister of Defence.
