Zvizdić: Additional Support to Srebrenica

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizidć attended the Investment Development Conference, titled “Possibilities and Prospects of Development in Serbrenica 2015”, taking place today in Srebrenica. 

In his address to the Conference, Chairman Zvizidć congratulated to Head of Municipal Council of the Srebrenica Municipalty Ćamil Duraković for the organisation of the Conference, saying that Srebrenica was put today at the focus of economic recovery and social prosperity. He added that local communities might be drivers and implementers of major investments and that they may assume a role of integrative factor before which no barrier is insurmountable.

“We have to stand ready to respond adequately and practically to needs of our citizens. It require accountability and readiness to share synergy so that the resulting outcome would be infrastructural and economically wealthier and more developed Srebrenica”, said Chairman Zvizdić.

He stressed that the Council of Ministers of BIH will in the coming period of time set aside funds for development in Srebrenica.

The Conference was attended by BIH Presidency members Bakir Izetegović, and Mladen Ivanić, Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro for Regional Development Rafet Husović, President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Željka Cvijanović and Head of Mission and EUSR in BIH Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark.
