This Year’s Second Meeting of Donor Coordination Forum in B-H



The Donor Coordination Forum (DCF), organised by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of B-H Department for Coordination of International Assistance held in Sarajevo today this year’s second meeting, under the chairmanship of the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in B-H – Austrian Development Association (ADA).

The meeting was opened by Austrian Ambassador in B-H Donatus Köck, and ADA and Embassy’s representatives presented to the Forum members and B-H Institutions representatives their activities and programmes implemented during  fifteen years of operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) presented its donor and sector coordination, using the example of the Land Administration Reform (LAP), while the World Bank presented its Partnership Strategy in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2012-2015.

Representatives of major donor agencies, implementing the programmes and projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, informed the Forum of the new and planned programmes, exchanged opinion of their activities, briefed of their positive experiences and challenges encountered during the implementation of their activities.
