Meeting of Chairwoman Borjana Krišto and Director with Office of US Bureau for European and Eurasian Affairs Mark Flemming

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Borjana Krišto held a meeting with Mark Flemming, Director with the Office for European and Eurasian Affairs of the United States of America, which conformed a strong and long-time partnership of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the United States of America. The talks emphasised the importance of continuous cooperation and joint action in strengthening institutional capacities and democratic processes in BIH.

Stability and flexibilities are at present key for overall country’s prosperity. A special accent was put on importance of creation of political and social environment to contribute to dialogue of legitimate political representatives of all three constitutive people.

The meeting discussed economic situation, with shared understanding that reform processes are necessary for boosting competitiveness, investments attraction and improvement of living standard.

Chairwoman Krišto thanked for a continued support of the United States of America, adding that the Council of Ministers and institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue as a constructive partner.(end)
