Chairman Špirić talks with Prime Minister Đukanović in Budva

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H Dr Nikola Špirić talked with Prime Minister of Monte Negro Milo Đukanović in Budva, at the margins of the World Bank/IMF Dutch Constituence Meeting.

Chairman Špirić congratulated Đukanović to his reelection for Prime Minister of Monte Negro.

 

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H informed the Prime Minister of Monte Negro of the current political and economic situation in B-H.

 

Špirić expressed his hope that it was a time for new breakthrough for B-H, which implied the transition of the OHR into EUSR that would prove that B-H attained its internal credibility.

 

The interlocutors agreed that the bilateral relations between the two countries were very good and without outstanding issues, and that there were mutual understanding that the Government of Monte Negro and Council of Ministers of B-H should work towards further contractual regulation of their bilateral relations.

 

Prime Minister Đukanović gave a brief overview on the current political and economic situation in Monte Negro.

 

Đukanović emphasised that Monte Negro was committed to regional cooperation and stresses that Monte Negro was a reliable partner to B-H.

 

Prime Minister Đukanović invited Chairman Špirić to a bilateral visit to Monte Negro. (end)
