Minister Špirić talks with Russian Ambassador in BIH



Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Minister of Finance and Treasury Dr Nikola Špirić received today Ambassador of the Russian Federation in BIH Aleksandar Boca-Haracenko.

Minister Špirić informed Ambassador Bocan-Haracenko on the 2012 BIH Budget adoption process, and expressed his expectation that this task would be done by the end of this week so that BIH level authorities could commit their further efforts to reform implementation.

They discussed the regulation of the former SSSR clearing debt and repayment of BIH’s war-time debt for Russian gas deliveries in amount of about USD 102 million. Ambassador Bocan-Haracenko conveyed to Minister Špirić views of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation concerning this issue.

They concluded that BH and Russia have good bilateral relations, and a considerable economic cooperation, for which there is interest for an improvement.
