Minister of Transport and Communications of BIH Damir Hadžić received in Sarajevo today Ambassador of the Republic of France in BIH Roland Gilles, with whom he talked on the current political situation in BIH.
Ambassador Gilles congratulated to Minister Hadžić for his appointment and whished him success in his work.
Thanking for the congratulations, Minister Hadžić said that a positive atmosphere was created in BIH. He said that in a short period of time the Council of Ministers of BIH created a productive communication with the Entities, so that all work jointly towards improvement of the economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“The opening of the Council of Ministers towards the Entities, and that of the Entities towards the Council of Ministers will accelerate our moving along the European integrations path of BIH. A positive break through, as a product of this cooperation, is a definition of the IPA projects in the transport sector”, Minister Hadžić said.
Minister Hadžić briefed Ambassador Gilles of the on-going activities of the Council of Ministers on the acceleration of the construction process of the motorway on the international Corridor V c, which is one among priorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ambassador Gilles said that the Coridor V c is a project of importance for Europe and underlined that there is a large interest among French companies for participation in the construction.
