Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Minister of Finance and Treasury Nikola Špirić received today in Sarajevo Ambassador of the Russian Federation in BIH Aleksandar Bocan-Haračenko. They discussed the ways of improvement of bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries, especially in the domain of economic and political processes in BIH, following the establishment of the new Council of Ministers and adoption of laws significant for BIH's process of EU integrations. Špirić said that the current priority is the adoption of the Budget for 2012 and Agreement on Global Fiscal Framework for 2012-1014. The meeting stressed a necessity of implementation of the European Court for Human Rights award in file „Sjedić and Finci vs. BIH“.
