Meeting of Chairwoman Krišto and Commissioner Kos

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto held a meeting in Sarajevo with EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos, who is in a three-day official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

The meeting discussed the wider spectrum of topics relating to the European road of our country, especially activities planned to take place by the end this year. Chairwoman Krišto briefed Commissioner Kos of current activities at the Council of Ministers of BIH level. The meeting was optimistic about adoption of a Draft Reform Agenda to set-up a new implementation dynamic in this phase.

The high political officials discussed fulfilment of remaining requirements on the European road, so that Bosnia and Herzegovina might arrange an inter-government conference and set off the negotiation process officially. That moment would open a new dimension of our relations with EU institutions and deepen cooperation to introduce gradually European standards through integration of our country, which would strengthen stability and enable functionality.
