Media Coverage Plan of a joint session of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Government of the Republic of Serbia, to be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in Sarajevo (BIH Institutions building, Trg BiH 1):
Tuesday, November 3, 2015:
17.50 – Arrival of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Sarajevo International Airport) – cameramen and photographers (cameramen and photographers are obliged to arrive to the Airport until 15.50 for the reason of regular KDZ control)
Wednesday, November 4, 2015:
9.00 – Solemn welcoming (Plateau in front of BIH Institutions building, Trg BiH 1) – cameramen and photographers
9.15 - Photo shooting for Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić and Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić (ground floor lobby) – cameramen and photographers
10.30 – Joint session of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Government of the Republic of Serbia (hall 1/1) – cameramen and photographers
13.00 – Signing of agreements followed by press statements (ground floor lobby) – journalists, cameramen and photographers
The joint session is expected to include discussions on the promotion of economic relations, and fostering of cooperation in sustainable development and environmental protection, water management, power management, railway and road infrastructure, cross-border cooperation and improvement of regional security, as well as cooperation in the areas of youth and sports.
Invitation to Media for Obtaining Accreditations for Covering the First Joint Session of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Government of the Republic of Serbia
All interested media with their seat outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina are hereby called to get accreditations for covering events in relation to the joint session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Government of the Republic of Serbia, to be held in Sarajevo, on November 4, 2015.
The Council of Ministers of BIH Service for Information needs to receive the following data:
- Name and surname;
- Occupation;
- Contact information;
- No. of passport or ID personal card; and
- No. of journalist identification card.
If media teams are to arrive with SNG vehicles, please provide data for the vehicles (type of vehicle; register car plates, driver’s personal data), in order to secure free access in the vicinity of the BIH Institutions building.
The required data should be provided by 12.00 (noon) on Friday, October 30, 2015, at latest.
Please note that only accredited staff will be the access to the events in relation to the first joint session of the Council of Ministers of BIH and Government of the Republic of Serbia.
