Deputy Assistant secretary of State Reeker Conveys Support of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to Chairman Bevanda

Chairman Bevanda informed Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Reeker on the current developments in BIH, with a focus on activities of the Council of Ministers. Emphasising the continuity of work of the Council of Ministers unimpaired by the political arguments in the country, Chairman Bevanda expressed his satisfaction for the Council of Ministers, following its reshuffle, works in a full capacity.
Chairman Bevanda said that activities of the Council of Ministers of BIH are focused on the Euro-Atlantic integrations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and fulfilment of the Road Map requirements, adding that the Council of Ministers of BIH has already adopted a Draft 2013 Budget with a full coordination ensured through the BIH Fiscal Council, which is a precondition for the fiscal stability of BIH institutions. He expressed his expectation that the issues of the state and military property will be separated, so that the issue of military property would be solved pursuant to an agreement reached by political leaders and thus open the way for activation of the MAP for NATO.
Deputy Assistant of the Secretary of State Reeker confirmed US support to the work of BIH institutions, and he pointed out that the USA is committed to Bosnia and Herzegovina and to backing its Euro-Atlantic efforts. Conveying regards and support of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to Chairman Bevanda, he expressed his pleasure with the operations of the Council of Ministers and the role of Chairman Bevanda in securing a continuous and high quality work of the Council of Ministers of BIH.
Stating his optimism in respect to the continuation of Euro-Atlantic integrations, Chairman Bevanda said that there is enough of the political crisis and that it is time for everybody to do his job.
“It is easy to create problems, but our task is to solve them. This year only the Council of Ministers of BIH adopted thee budgets, for which we could reserve our place in history, which, hopefully, will not repeat”, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda said.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the USA in BIH Patrick Moon.
