Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds its 128th Session

The Council of Ministers of BIH defined a Proposal Annex IV to the Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Norway on financing of projects benefitting judiciary and/or courts and prosecution offices in BIH.
The Annex will ensure finalisation of a reconstruction project of judicial institutions’ facilities, hit by floods, in addition to support to proposed project activities and their co-funding with the Swiss Federation, with a view to improve judiciary efficacy.
The Proposal Annex will be provided to the BIH Presidency for further procedure, and President of High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council Milan Tegeltija was proposed as the BIH signatory.
TO DEFINE BASIC SALARY LEVEL FOR DIPLOMATIC-CONSULAR NETWORK
Upon a proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers of BIH took a Decision on basic salary level in diplomatic-consular offices of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2015. The basic salary will be defined anew based on the situation of the diplomatic-consular network, against the background of a drastic increase of certain foreign currencies.
The increase of total amount for salaries for 2.4 per cent and increase of emoluments for 2 per cent in the BIH Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ annual budget will not result in a new request for additional finances, as they will be adapted to 2015 Proposal Budget, by way of rational staffing of the diplomatic-consular network.
