- In view of the events of February 7, 2014, a stemming conclusion is that the situation is very complex and delicate, requiring a maximum engagement of all-level relevant factors, both political and institutional ones, for a more intensified involvement and social sensitivity and open dialogue with wider society towards the solving of amassed problems.
- All those who want to express their positions publically, should do so in a peacefully and organised way, in a dignified and civilised manner, and thus disable destructive and ill-intentioned individuals and groups to depreciate their justified demands.
- The Independent Board and police agencies of BIH are responsible to, in compliance with the applicable laws and in cooperation with competent judicial bodies, activate as soon as possible optimal mutual coordination mechanisms with police bodies at other levels of authority, taking care of peculiarities of legislation regulating public peace and order, for accountable action-taking in these and similar situations, and to inform the Council of Ministers of BIH of actions undertaken.
- The Secretariat-General of the Council of Ministers of BIH is in charge to provide the conclusions to the Parliamentarian Assembly of BIH.
