The Council of Ministers of BIH had no quorum, at its 65th extraordinary. phone, session for work and decision-making on a Proposal Decision on declaring November 6, 2025 the mourning day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Office of Chairwoman, after a tragic loss of human lives caused by fire in a nursing home in Tuzla.
