Chairwoman Krišto with EBRD Delegation

Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto held a meeting with a high delegation of Directors, members of the EBRD Steering Borad. 

The meeting stressed the importance of partnership between BIH and EBRD in key reforms implementation, strengthening of stability and support to the economic development of the country.

Chairwoman Krišto thanked to EBRD for continuous engagement in approving and financing infrastructure and economic projects, especially in energy sector and green transition.

The importance of continuation of construction of the Corridor V c was highlighted as particularly relevant for smart linking of Bosnia and Herzegovina with wider region.

The meeting agreed on a need for further harmonisation of strategic projects to ensure stronger economic growth and more accelerated progressing of BIH on the European integrations.

The meeting was assessed as a proof of strong partnership and continuation of successful cooperation between BIH and EBRD. (end)
