Chairman Zvizdić with Belarus PM

Chairman of the Council of Ministers Dr Denis Zvizdić talked today in Sarajevo, at the margins of the CEI Summit, with Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Kobyakov on the bilateral relations and promotion of economic cooperation. 

Chairman Zvizdić congratulates to Prime Minister Koryakov the assuming of the CEI Presidency, wishing him a lot of success, and saying that BIH is ready to share its experiences and assistance. He briefed the Prime Minister of Belarus of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and priorities of the Council of Ministers' work. He emphasized that our country made over the last two year significant breakthroughs on tis European way, it filled a credible application for the EU Membership application and received recently the European Commission questionnaire.

Prime Minister Kobyakov congratulated to Chairman Zvizdić for an excellent organization of the Summit, as well as on successful presidency over the CEI, and pointed out that Belarus will gladly use positive experiences BIH had during tis C Presidency.

During the meeting, they stressed the mutual interest for improvement of economic cooperation and increase of trade. Since the both countries share the priorities of economic development and job creation, especially for young people, they underlined that though amicable regulation of relationship at the political level and linking of businessmen it is possible to advance considerable the economic cooperation to the mutual benefit. They agreed that joint committees should be formed to step-up drafting of bilateral agreements, together with legal frameworks for connecting of businessmen and companies.
