Chairman Zvizdić with Ambassador of Azerbaijan

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić received in Sarajevo Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Eldar Hasanov, who conveyed him an invitation of the Azerbaijani Prime Minister to visit his country, which Chairman Zvizdić accepted. 

The visit is expected to be a chance for strengthening of cooperation in all areas, especially in economy, agriculture, energy, and tourism, as well as an opportunity for new FDIs attraction.

The meeting concluded that the relations between the two countries are good and friendly, which represents a basis for strengthening of cooperation in accordance with mutually shown interest at both bilateral and multilateral levels.

They discussed the economic cooperation and agreed that the trade relations and goods exchange are at a low level, and that there is space for their improvement.

Chairman Zvizdić thanked for support in the projects the Republic of Azerbaijan implemented in BIH thus far.
