Chairman Zvizdić Talks with BIH Chief Attorney

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizidć talked in Sarajevo with BIH Chief Attorney Mariofil Ljubić and his Deputies Ismet Velić and Mlađen Mandić on status of the state property in country and abroad. 

BIH Attorney’s Office will get additionally engaged on protection of BIH property in country and abroad, and will more intensively alert lower authority levels of a ban on disposal of BIH property and illegal registering on behalf of the lower authority levels, and it will accelerate procedures of deleting illegal registering.

They particularly touched upon BIH property abroad and on a need for stronger protection and recovery of the entitlement.

The BIH Attorney’s Office will take necessary steps to set-up urgently a meeting with responsible bodies and institutions of the Republic of Croatia, especially when it comes to the Law on management of the state property of the Republic of Croatia, recently promulgated by the Croatian Parliament, as well as with institutions of the Republic of Serbia for the purpose of recovery of BIH property, and it will seek compliance to international standards and legal norms.
