Chairman Zvizdić in Brussels with Director Danielsson

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Dr Denis Zvizdić talked in Brussels with Director General of the European Commission Directorate for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Christian Danielsson. 

At the begging of the talks, Director Danielsson congratulated to Chairman Zvizdić for yesterday’s signing of the Transport Community contract between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union. He commended efforts by both European and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s officials, manging to overcome barriers and put the interests of the state to the very top of their agendas.

Chairman Zvizdić and Director Danielsson agreed that the approved projects that BIH got at the Trieste Summit will yield concrete benefits to BIH citizens and businessmen.

Chairman Zvizdić informed Director Danielsson of the current economic and political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They discussed the implementation of the Reform Agenda aims, as well as the process of preparation of answers to the European Commission Questionnaire.

Chairman Zvizidć and Director Danielsson also discussed the improvement of regional cooperation, as well as the importance of adoption of the Excises Law, stressing that excises secure resources for funding  important infrastructure projects.
