Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H Dr Nikola Špirić received in Sarajevo today Ambassador of Ireland to B-H Thomas Brady. 

Chairman Šprić informed the Irish Ambassador of the reforms implemented and on progress achieved form the conclusion of the Dayton Agreement to-date, and explained about the challenges faced by Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Chairman Špirić informed Ambassador Brady on his views of the internal political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, stressing a need for a transformation of the international community’s role in B-H.

At the meeting they underlined an importance of fulfilment of the requirements for submission of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s application for membership in the European Union.

The Chairman of the Council of Ministers vowed an interest of Bosnia and Herzegovina for an improvement of overall relations between the two counties, especially economic ones. He reiterated a need of concluding bilateral agreements to make the cooperation even more fruitful.

Chairman Špirić presented opportunities for investments in energy, agriculture and tourism sectors in B-H.
