Chairman Bevanda Talks with President of Republic of Macedonia

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevanda received in Sarajevo President of Republic of Macedonia Gjorge Ivanov. 

The interlocutors pointed at good bilateral relations of two friendly countries and highlighted a possibility for improvement of economic cooperation.

Chairman Bevanda informed President Ivanov of the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and confirmed commitment of the Council of Ministers of BIH for the EU integration process, which has no alternative. He thanked to President Ivanov for support the Republic of Macedonia keeps extending to Bosnia and Herzegovina on its Euro-Atlantic way.

The Macedonian President expressed the commitment of his country for the whole region to adopt European standards as soon as possible, so that all institutions might perform their tasks more effectively.

Chairman Bevanda and President Ivanov stressed a need for the advancement of regional cooperation in order to step-up the integration of the whole region into the EU.
