Bevanda-Gürer: Austria's Support to Eutopean Way of BIH

Chariman of the Council of Ministers of BIH Vjekoslav Bevnada met with Director of the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integrations and Foreign Affairs South-Europe Department of the Republic of Austria dr. Heidemarie Gürer, with whom he talked about the current political and economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically the prospects for overcoming the problems and turning BIH back to the European track. 

Director Gürer said that the whole Western Balkans is is important for Austria and that the area is a priority of this country's foreign policy.

Chairman Bevanda welcomed the innovative approach of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and expressed his gratitude to Austria for support on the way.

Chairman Bevanda and Director Gürer exchanged their views on the mobility of youth, since it one among key prerequisites for opening BIH towards the European Union.

The meeting was attended by Austrian Ambassador in BIH Martin Pammer.
