39th Session of Council of Ministers Forms Working Group to Deal with Issues of State and Military Property

The Council of Ministers of BIH adopted a Decision to form a Working Group for Solving the Issues of State and Military Property. The Working Group will be comprised of Minister of Justice Bariša Čolak, Minister of Civil Affairs Sredoje Nović, and Minister of Communications and Transport Damir Hadžić. 

The Working Group is mandated to propose, for the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina,  the manner of solving the issue of military and State property, compliant with earlier defined principles of apportioning of State and military property.
