SUPPORT TO SPORTS EVENTS: KM 1,342,000 FOR FEDERATIONS AND CLUBS IN BIH

The Council of Ministers of BIH took the Ministry of Civil Affairs-proposed decision on distribution of resources from “Co-Financing of Sports Events in 2025” current grant.

Out of the sum, total KM 800,000 is to be earmarked to the Olympic Committee of BIH, Para-Olympic Committee of BIH, sports federations registered in BIH and sports federations of disabled persons in BIH, while KM 542,000 is intended for sports clubs either organising or participating in international sports events.

Among major beneficiaries are the Olympic Committee of BIH receiving KM 130,000, Para-Olympic Committee of BIH receiving KM 55,000, and Volleyball Federation of BIH with KM 35,000.

DISBRIBUTION OF KM 320,000 FOR CULTURAL COOPERATION IN 2025        

The Council of Ministers of BIH took the Ministry of Civil Affairs-proposed decision on distribution of resources intended for the “International Cultural Cooperation” 2025 current grant.

Within the “International Cultural Cooperation” current grant, the Council of Ministers of BIH earmarked KM 320,000 for total 42 projects by different cultural institutions and associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

KM 3,097,000 DISTRIBUTED FOR CULTIRAL ROJKECTS INSUPPORT IN BIH

The Council of Ministers of BIH took the Ministry of Civil Affairs-proposed decision on distribution of resources from the “Co-Financing of Cultural Projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina” for 2025.

Within the “Co-Financing of Cultural Projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina” current grant for 2025, the Council of Ministers of BIH distributed KM 3,097,000 to total 228 cultural institutions and associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The decision obligates the beneficiaries to conclude a contract on use of the resources with the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

GRANTS FOR BILATERAL SCIENTIFIC PROJECTS IN 2025

The Council of Ministers of BIH took the Ministry of Civil Affairs-proposed decision on distribution of resources from the "Grant for implementation of Bilateral Cooperation Projects in science based on international agreements" for 2025. Totally distributed KM 100,000 goes for scientific projects in different universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The University of Banja Luka got KM 35,000, “Džemal Bijedić” University in Mostar got KM 2,000, University in East Sarajevo got KM 5,000, University in Tuzla got KM 17,000, University in Mostar got KM 10,000, and University in Sarajevo got KM 31,000.

The funds are intended for strengthening of international cooperation in science and will be distributed to universities’ accounts for further distribution to their organisation units a per approved projects. (end)
